Commissions:
All commissions and adoptables are 18+.
Pay is up front for orders in US dollars. Conversion is up to the client.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to two complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour or marking color change)
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for three months, or when work has not been completed within one year.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a responsive manner.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Any commissioned art also cannot be used in order to train or utilize AI in any manner.
Adoptables:
All commissions and adoptables are 18+.
Pay is up front for orders in US dollars. I accept paypal, ko-fi, and cashapp at this time. Conversion is up to the client.
In the event of a paypal chargeback, the client and their paypal account will be blacklisted without further explanation, and any rights to the adoptable in question will be revoked.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Designs/adopts can be used for commercial use without additional fees, including 18+ material. This includes use as a mascot, YouTube personality, Twitch or VRChat avatar, etc, however you must credit the design to me.
All personal usage is acceptable, including 18+ material.
I will hold a design for a maximum of 5 days for purchase. At the end of those 5 days, if the Customer has not reached out to make payment, the adoptable will be put on sale again.
You are allowed to resell, regift, or retrade the adoptable purchased. You cannot sell the adoptable for a higher amount than purchased at, unless additional art is included to adjust the pricing.
Customer does NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
You may not utilize any of my art in any way for the purpose of AI generated images or content.
